On mobile devices, find an easy way for multi-tasking using intuitive gestures was a great challenge. The main goal of this project was to develop new ways of 'switching between tasks' and 'launching other apps without going back to Home screen' for mobile devices.
We started from the analogy of flipping pages of a book to the behavior of switching between tasks, and a new way of launching apps – the slide-in launcher (patented).
Use the flipping pages metaphor for switching between multiple applications on mobile devices. Users could touch the left corner to trigger this "task manager" function.

We put three features in one prototype.
1. Flipping pages for switch between running applications.
2. Press the home button to switch work environments.
3. Long press on the sliding bar in the bottom-left corner to trigger the quick launcher. Slide in to launch the intended application.
